The combination of three of the best cool climate chardonnay regions in Australia - Yarra Valley, Pemberton and Margaret River - help provide distinct regional characters to this wine. This wine has a richness brought on by complexity along with character through the wine created by the finesse used to blend this 2020 HRB chardonnay.

TASTING NOTES: Fragrant aromatics showing barrel fermentation and sweet ripe lemon and peach aromas coupled with a palate of sweet ripe fruit, complexing balanced oak (100% Frenchoak for 8 months) and fine acid backbone giving the wine wonderful length of flavour.

COLOUR: Light straw gold.

BOUQUET: This wine has aromas of sweet lemon, ripe stone fruit and complexing warm spices that are balanced by sweet oak spice.

PALATE: The palate is full of fresh lifted fruit notes such as lime, lemon, peach and nectarine. The wine has a juicy acidity on the palate with beautifully balanced richness and creaminess created by the barrel fermentation and lees contact.
