A kaleidoscope of flavours that dance from rancio to Christmas cake, toffee, citrus, delicate oak, superb length, overlayed with beautifully integrated spirit which ultimately finishes with a fresh dry finish. This Rare Australian Tawny style exhibits great depth and complexity with aged, nutty fruit and chocolate flavours on a smooth, persistent, elegant structured length. Complex flavours are complemented by the balance between selected brandy spirit, acid, residual sugar and layers of premium fruit spice.
